PORTFOLIO 3: TULSA COMMUNITY COLLEGE LIBRARY DISPLAYS

One of my professional and artistic joys is creating the library displays. It has changed my method of conception from textual to visual and even further onto a textual/visual conglomerate.  Combined with website and catalog user interface studies, crafting the display has taught me signage, interior design, and cognitive behaviors. My highest artistic achievement was when an atomic bomb survivor, Toshiko Tanaka,  who has art in the Vatican , said I was a true artist when she looked upon a library display I crafted in her honor.
